Frau Nelson and Frau Terrant's (1st grade) class did these lovely toothfairies illustrations in art, for a project they are doing in class. We learned how to draw profiles of a face, add details, wings, and what things look like when they are far away. We added a touch of glitter for fairy dust. :) Students learned about layering with fabric, flower shapes, and sizing in order to make these awesome brooches! Most students, last week (before spring break) their Animal heads! Using paper mâché, butcher paper, cardboard, and paste to create this look. Here is my sample deer and imaginary animal.
